I had an excellent experience working with George from Starlink Customs. On the first day he came out, he arrived on time and fully prepared with all the appropriate mounts for a standard install. After discussing my vision, I decided I wanted a special mount to hide the satellite on my roof rather than having it mounted on the side of my townhouse. George was completely flexible, adjusted the plan without hesitation, and helped me choose the best option.

He also recommended adding a mesh system to improve WiFi coverage throughout my home, which I purchased right away. George communicated clearly about scheduling the follow-up installation and kept me informed every step of the way.

Prior to installation, he performed tests to ensure the system would have clear satellite access. He carefully evaluated the interior home router placement(s) to 1) enhance wireless coverage in each room and 2) make router locations as inconspicuous as possible.
